We would love to meet you in person! Our warehouses in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta/Punta de Mita are both open from Monday through Friday. Just send an email to hola@yayarentals.com and one of our Account Executives will reach out to schedule an appointment for you to come and have a look around at all of our wonderful inventory.

Of course! If possible, please provide us at least a week prior to prepare our showroom with your order selections. Appointments can be made with your YAYA Rentals Account Executive.

Once you’ve decided YAYA Rentals is for you and have added all the times to your wishlist, our website will generate a quote for you. Since our catalog is so vast, you may also opt to have one of our sales professionals help you in selecting items to create a quote that you feel comfortable booking. To reserve your rental package, we will require a signed contract which outlines the terms and conditions, and a 50% non-refundable deposit. (Payment in full is required for orders placed 10 days prior to the event.)  Once your rentals are reserved, we can of course still make minor adjustments subject to availability.
